Martin Würfel has been a lawyer since 2015. He is a member of LEITNER&PARTNER team since 2018 and a partner of the firm since 2025.
He advises and defends clients across the entire spectrum of commercial and tax criminal law and also has extensive experience in medical criminal law and foreign trade law. He also assists clients in selected proceedings in general criminal law, in particular in proceedings involving expert witnesses.
Martin Würfel studied law at Humboldt University Berlin. He received his doctorate with a dissertation on legal history („Das Reichsjustizprüfungsamt“, The Third Reich's Ministry for the Examination of Law Students)) dealing with legal education under the National Socialist regime. The work was widely reviewed and praised. He regularly contributes to professional publications on the subject of criminal law and criminal procedure.
Martin Würfel is a member of the Criminal Law Section of the German Bar Association (DAV), the Munich Lawyers' Association and the Munich Bar Association.
