Michael Bergschneider has been a lawyer since 2023 and with LEITNER&PARTNER since 2024. Before joining LEITNER&PARTNER, he worked in an international law firm in the field of commercial and tax criminal law and in the area of compliance & investigations.
Michael Bergschneider studied law in Munich and Bayreuth, specializing in commercial, medical and criminal tax law. He then wrote his dissertation on medical criminal law at the University of Bayreuth. He completed his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Munich.
Michael Bergschneider regularly publishes specialist articles on commercial and medical criminal law.
He is a member of the Munich Bar Association and the Criminal Law Working Group of the German Bar Association.
